Authors and Attendees Fees

These are the fees for the different 2024 IEEE PES GT&D-ROPEC participants. For national bank transfers please consult the exchange rate at OANDA converter.  In case of any doubt please do not hesitate to contact us. The payment of the accepted papers implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register at the conference.

EXTRA PAPERS FEE POLICY

With one author registration, that author can present up to 2 of his papers. THE PRICE FOR THE THIRD AND FURTHER PAPERS WILL HAVE THE NORMAL CORRESPONDING FEE.

Notes:

1. Paypal payments will be charged a paypal processing fee.
2. The registered participant, whether author or attendee, must keep the deposit  receipt to obtain his invoice and/or his certificate. This receipt will be uploaded in the electronic registration form.
3. The student IEEE electronic membership is included in the student fee whether author or attendee (assuming they provide the right information to the IEEE SCO volunteers). Any person registering at the student fee must present or send via email a valid student ID card at the moment of registration. The same applies for those registering as IEEE members or PES members where you will be asked to present your actual IEEE membership.

GALA DINNER

* The gala dinner is included in the registration fee for all those staying at the Ixtapa Azul Grand Hotel, otherwise a US$40.00 fee per person will be charged for all those with a valid conference registration.
