If you do not reserve with the conference code G-5928 as well as if you do not reserve this hotel then there will be a charge for the use of the Conference Center. IMPORTANT – We strongly recommend to book the Azul Ixtapa Grand Hotel which will host the conference as the transportation costs from other hotels to the Azul Ixtapa Grand could annulate accommodation savings. Additionally, the gala dinner is included in the registration cost if hosted at this venue, if not this will have a cost of US$40.00 per person. Furthermore, only those students belonging to the IEEE Centro Occidente Section hosted in the official venue will be considered for a free IEEE student registration. By booking this venue you will also help us to keep our conference fees well below most of the other IEEE Conferences.

The 2024 IEEE PES Generation, Transmission & Distribution and the IEEE Autumn Meeting on Power, Electronics and Computing Joint Conference  will be held on November 11-13, 2024 at  Ixtapa, Guerrero in the Azul Ixtapa Hotel Convention Center.
